With all the snow, icy and cold weather we've had in Ontario this winter, I'm more than eager to get out hiking, enjoying the views of some of our gorgeous waterfalls and just enjoy warmer weather.

This past October, for the first time, my husband, his Grandfather, our youngest child, our pup Peaches and myself hiked through and enjoyed the sights of Egan Chutes Provincial Park. About 15km East of Bancroft, it was about a 90 minute drive from our house but very much worth it.
The leaves were gorgeous and lined the floors of the trails and the cool/damp weather made for a perfect hiking day.

| I'm terrible at remembering flowers. A Hibiscus I think!: |
I'm anxious to get back there and explore some more. Thinking this summer so I can see what other flowers are decorating the trails and if the water flows faster.
Hope you can visit the area if your traveling. It's like a tiny, private hideaway.
See you soon!
